Everyone at Tampay has faced one annoying issue or the other when it comes to banking in Nigeria. We’ve been plagued with declined transfers and purchases, long queues for registration, inability to pay bills timely and more. We’ve had it up to the neck and decided it’s time to build something better and all inclusive.
At Tampay, we work satisfactorily daily, knowing we’re making a real difference in people’s lives, from entrepreneurs, freelancers, to students. Our mission is to bring ease to the banking activities of Nigerians and provide them with a world where financial transactions are effortless, efficient, and accessible to all.
Our founder and chairman, Tamar Forteta, oversees our dynamic team with vision, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. We’re a fun-loving team that believes excellent teamwork is not possible without having fun. Yes, we have a meme culture —we’re a very young staff after all– but you have to join our team to get in on that fun!
